1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After cancellation, you must return the item(s) within another 14 days.

2. Return Conditions
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Skincare products that are opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Damaged or incorrectly delivered products must be reported immediately

3. How to Return
Contact us at info@selectedskincare.com with your order number and request. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase amount (including original shipping costs if applicable) within 7 working days using the original payment method.

5. Exchanges
Ruilen is niet mogelijk. Alleen wanneer u het verkeerde artikel heeft ontvangen, kunnen wij u verder helpen. Neem in dat geval contact met ons op via info@selectedskincare.com.
