Article 1 – Company Information

Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the Selected Skincare webshop.

Article 3 – The Offer
All products and descriptions on our website are presented with the greatest care. Obvious errors or inaccuracies do not bind us.

Article 4 – The Agreement
An agreement is concluded once a customer places an order and receives an order confirmation by email. Selected Skincare reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time.

Article 5 – Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.
Shipping within the Netherlands is €4.95.
Free shipping applies to orders of €40 or more.
Payment can be made via iDEAL, credit card, Klarna, or other secure methods listed at checkout.

Article 6 – Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not legally binding.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may cancel and return their order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. For details, see our Return Policy.

Article 8 – Complaints
Complaints can be submitted via email to info@selectedskincare.com. We aim to respond within 3 working days. Unresolved complaints may be submitted to the Dutch Disputes Committee.

Article 9 – Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to meet obligations due to force majeure events (e.g., delays by couriers, strikes, system outages).

Article 10 – Applicable Law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
